This is one where you have to be brave and trust in your friend "GF by ingredient" as long as you stick with the basics. And it's so worth it. This extremely unassuming place is home to Sydney's best barbecue (is Appin still Sydney? Stockland thinks so). Sit down at the sticky wooden bench table and dig in with your takeaway cardboard cutlery, the brisket and garlic cheese sausage with slaw, pickles and corn chips will send you to heaven. Don't think about the koalas being sent to heaven by Stockland down the road.
